Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Contract Management: Work as a project manager for all types of commercial or Intellectual Property (IP) related contracts; Support the Sales Segments and Business Divisions by drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and IP related contracts
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as a contact point for contract related questions from Sales and Business stakeholders
* Collaboration with Experts: Manage communication with internal subject matter experts (e.g. Legal, Finance & Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Logistics, etc.) concerning commercial and IP related contracts
* Compliance with Policies & Processes: Ensure compliance with internal contract policies and processes
* Systems & Tools: Work closely with IT tools and other platforms used by the company as part of the contract lifecycle management system

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You have an organized working style, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. You are a team player with great communication skills and an open mind for new learning experiences.

* Education: Degree in Law, Business, Management, Administration, Economics, or a related field
* Tools: Strong Microsoft Office skills; Familiarity with different contracting software tools (e.g., DocuSign, CLM Software) and Artificial Intelligence is a plus
* Theoretical Background: Knowledge of legal terminology is a plus
* Experience: Previous experience in contract management is a plus
* Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory). Additional German language skills is a plus Please apply with your CV in English so we can get to know you better.
