The Challenge
Our Direct Retail teams play a crucial role in PMI's new mission: converting adult smokers to our revolutionary smoke-free IQOS products. They are at the forefront of our transformation as we launch new stores and retail formats. It's a dynamic, exciting, and engaging experience.
As part of this team, you will shape the customer journey-from acquisition and conversion through to loyalty. You'll see your efforts make a real difference while creating a life-changing impact for our customers.

Your Day-to-Day
* Deliver a personalized and exceptional in-store consumer experience;
* Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance and information about our products;
* Present IQOS to adult tobacco consumers who would otherwise continue smoking or using nicotine products;
* Ensure end-to-end personalized sales, offering outstanding after-sales service;
* Provide exceptional customer care, including diagnostics, returns, and product replacements, in line with IQOS consumer-centric principles;
* Achieve defined KPI targets (e.g., customer satisfaction scores), focusing on converting adult smokers to IQOS;
* Maintain store cleanliness and ensure IQOS stores are always impeccably presented and ready for customers.

What We're Looking For
* Enthusiastic, consumer-focused profile;
* Minimum education: High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred);
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer relations;
* Comfortable with retail or business systems (e.g., Outlook, MS Office, etc.);
* Native Portuguese and fluent English (preferred);
* Experience in retail, sales, or customer service;
* Availability for rotating shifts and weekends (shopping center schedules).
