A fantastic opportunity for a Bartender to join Scotland's first and only Le Petit Beefbar Restaurant, at The InterContinental Edinburgh The George on a on a 20-hour per week contract!
You will earn £13.41 per hour - equal to £13,946.40 salary, plus service charge

This highly exclusive restaurant born in Monte Carlo in 2005 is the epitome of creativity and luxury service, by taking on international and local dishes with a focus on quality ingredients. Riccardo Giraudi (the Beefboy as some might call him) has created Beefbar to break tradition and introduce a modern take on incredibly well-thought out but simple dishes divided into 3 section - sexy street food, great meat cuts and iconic dishes. As a Bartender, your main duties and responsibilities will be ensuring high quality guest experience through the creation of unique and exciting cocktails, interacting with our guests to share your knowledge of various Beers, Wines and Spirits. You will also be assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service!
Joining us as Bartender, we are looking for someone who has…
* Experience working within a High-end Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Bartender or Mixologist
* Knowledge of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Cocktails - excited by being creative and sharing your skills with others
* Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are getting a uniquely personal experience!
* A personal license (highly beneficial)
* Passion for providing luxury experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our Guests stay and provide your local wisdom to enhance their experience
* Ability to work together in the team with guests as our centre focus!
