In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities-ensuring essential systems run reliably and efficiently every day.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

You'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for keeping our building systems in top condition:
* Carry out preventive maintenance to minimise downtime
* Perform routine repairs across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
* Operate and support critical systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical equipment)
* Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems when needed
* Conduct inspections to spot and prevent potential faults
* Maintain accurate records (work orders, maintenance logs, documentation)
* Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces are safe, clean, and organised
* Support facility upgrades and installation projects
* Follow all safety standards and regulatory guidelines

🎯 What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone practical, reliable, and eager to learn:
* Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
* Ability to safely use hand and power tools
* Strong problem-solving mindset
* Ability to read and follow technical manuals and instructions
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

✅ Preferred (but not essential)

* Technical certification or vocational training
* Any hands-on experience (internship, apprenticeship, part-time work)

💪 Physical & Work Requirements

* Ability to lift up to 25kg
* Comfortable working in industrial/facility environments
* Willingness to work at heights or in confined spaces when required
* Flexibility for shift work, overtime, or weekends based on operational needs (this is very occasional)
