Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Host role
·Prepare, complete, and reconcile all Night Audit reports and documentation accurately
·Oversee all Front Office operations during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service
·Manage the check-in process efficiently, issuing room keys and providing clear information on hotel facilities and services
·Oversee the check-out process, including preparing bills, processing payments, and gathering guest feedback
·Handle all payment methods confidently and following cash-handling procedures
·Support Night Managers with additional operational and administrative tasks as required
About you
Previous experience in a front office role within the premium hotel segment is preferred. You bring strong communication and organisational skills with a guest-focused approach. Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not essential, and you are confident using standard computer applications.
