Overview Paid Social Account Manager - L'Oréal (Luxe & Garnier) We're hiring a Paid Social Account Manager to work at the heart of one of the most exciting beauty accounts in the industry. This is your chance to shape campaigns for L'Oréal's prestigious Luxe portfolio alongside brands like Garnier-blending creativity, data, and cutting-edge platforms. You'll be close to innovation, first-to-market thinking, and industry trends, with real ownership over campaigns that reach millions. Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Lead the end-to-end activation of paid social campaigns, from setup through to optimisation and reporting Own delivery across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Reddit Bring campaigns to life across both brand and D2C objectives, balancing awareness and performance Take the lead on execution quality, ensuring campaigns are built, monitored and optimised to a high standard Partner closely with internal teams (including PGD) and external vendors to deliver best-in-class activation Build and evolve testing frameworks, constantly exploring new features, formats and platform opportunities Stay ahead of trends, applying the latest innovations in social to keep L'Oréal at the forefront of the market Qualifications Skills we're looking for: Experience managing paid social campaigns end-to-end, with confidence in hands-on activation Strong platform knowledge across key social channels, with curiosity to keep learning A data-led mindset, comfortable using insights to optimise performance and guide decisions Experience driving both brand and conversion outcomes (e.g. sales, ROAS, D2C growth) Collaborative approach, with the ability to work across teams, partners and stakeholders High attention to detail, with ownership of quality control and campaign delivery Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve and new opportunities emerge What's in it for you?
