Overview We are hiring a Strategy Manager to join OneMars, a bespoke agency built for one of the world's most recognised brand portfolios across Snacking, Petcare, and Food & Nutrition. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape global marketing transformation programmes, working with teams across more than 70 markets and partnering with experts in media, data, technology, production, social, influencer and commerce. You'll play a key role in turning insight into action, helping iconic brands unlock growth through connected, future-focused strategies. Responsibilities What will you be doing? Help develop and deliver global brand and communications strategies that support business growth and transformation. Partner with teams across international markets to gather insights, interpret data and identify strategic opportunities. Contribute to annual strategic planning, thought leadership initiatives and impactful client recommendations. Support a range of projects including audience strategy, annual media planning, product launches and market expansion programmes. Work closely with account, digital and strategy teams to improve processes and create efficient ways of working. Build strong relationships across markets, facilitating collaboration and encouraging knowledge sharing across disciplines. Track key priorities, monitor progress and help ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively and consistently. Qualifications What are we looking for? Experience contributing to strategic planning, media, marketing or communications projects in a collaborative environment. Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data, insights and performance metrics. Excellent attention to detail and an ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations. Advanced Excel capabilities and a practical approach to managing and interpreting data. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to contribute ideas in both virtual and in-person settings. Relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, markets and stakeholder groups. A curious, proactive mindset with a genuine interest in understanding audiences, business challenges and growth opportunities.
