Location: Green Park, Reading, with UK wide travel (Home based under COVID restrictions)

What you'll be doing

* Leading capital projects from early scoping to handover
* Managing budgets with transparency and confidence
* Engaging stakeholders and ensuring every voice is heard
* Championing compliance across CDM, H&S and Chorus II
* Supporting bids and business cases as a trusted SME
* Driving continuous improvement in how we deliver projects
* Overseeing small works and maintaining a "no surprises" culture

What you'll bring

* Experience delivering major construction or fit-out projects
* A calm, inclusive leadership style that builds trust
* Strong organisational skills and confidence with Microsoft Project
* A recognised project management qualification (e.g., IPMA)
* The ability to influence, challenge and collaborate with a wide range of people
* A proactive, self-driven approach with a focus on clarity and communication
