Salary: Circa £38,000 dependent on experience

Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Service Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of IT services within a dynamic Infrastructure Engineering team. This role plays a key part in ensuring IT services are aligned to business objectives, run efficiently, and meet agreed performance and financial targets.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams such as Finance and Procurement to coordinate service activities, manage records, and support operational performance. This is a varied role offering exposure to different technologies, stakeholders, and opportunities for career development.
Core duties:
* Coordinate the delivery of IT service activities in line with business objectives and strategy
* Maintain and update asset and configuration records in line with ITIL practices
* Manage and track technical obsolescence records for IT services and solutions
* Monitor service performance metrics and escalate risks to service delivery
* Support budget tracking and work with Finance and Procurement on service costs
* Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and customers
* Conduct configuration management audits to ensure data accuracy
* Provide support and guidance to other team members
Essential Skills:
* Experience working within an IT Service Delivery or IT Service Operations environment
* Experience using systems or tools to manage and track work (e.g. SharePoint or similar)
* Experience of budget or cost tracking
* Proficient in Excel, including reporting and data tracking
* Experience managing and maintaining documentation
The Infrastructure Engineering Team:
You will join a team of around 40 within the Infrastructure Engineering function, providing a collaborative and supportive environment. The team is responsible for delivering and supporting a wide range of IT services across the business.
Reporting into the Finance, Configuration and Resource Manager, this role offers excellent exposure to different stakeholders, customers, and technologies. It's an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within IT Service Operations while gaining broad organisational experience.
