About this role

As our Supply Intelligence Lead within the Data & Analytics team, you will turn complex data into strategic intelligence that shapes supply decisions for our UK&I business. You will lead by setting clear goals for your team of analysts, fostering a culture of teamwork to deliver high-impact insights.
In this role, you will adopt a customer-centric approach, ensuring our supply strategy supports long-term partner health and quality. By staying determined and collaborating across functions, you will help us deliver excellence in market expansion and competitive positioning. We care about our partners, and your insights will be pivotal in enhancing their experience and making a lasting impact.

These are some of the key components to the position

* Develop strategic intelligence on supply-side performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics
* Design frameworks to assess supply health and market penetration
* Develop predictive models for supply risks, such as partner churn
* Partner with commercial teams to drive commercial/ sales targets
* Own analytics for partner segmentation and value modeling to inform investment prioritisation
* Build predictive capabilities to forecast partner lifecycle value and growth potential
* Monitor competitive tactics and local market dynamics to inform our supply positioning
* Lead and coach a team of analysts, helping one another succeed through clear objectives and
* Present compelling analytical recommendations to senior leadership to influence commercial strategy

What will you bring to the team?

* Expertise in supply-side marketplace dynamics
* Advanced technical skills in SQL and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
* Familiarity with data science modelling and driving outcomes using the outputs from advanced models
* Proven ability to lead analytical talent and develop high-performing teams
* Skill in translating complex data into insights that drive action
* Strong business acumen to develop an understanding of our internal and external partners
* A collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally
* Ability to present data-driven narratives that influence senior-level decision-making
* Experience with predictive modelling and forecasting
* Proficiency in synthesising internal performance data with external market intelligence
* Experience with Python or R is a bonus for advanced analytical modelling
