Project Manager (French & English) - Edenred Payment Solutions
Location: Swindon/London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 + Bonus

Your Role

In this key position, you will:
* Serve as the primary point of contact, leveraging your excellent communication skills in French and English to engage clients effectively.
* Lead implementation of client changes from initial requirements gathering through product acceptance and rollout.
* Manage multiple parallel work streams, including IT and related activities, ensuring seamless coordination.
* Introduce change management processes focused on minimizing impact to ongoing client services and mitigating risks.
* Negotiate client objectives and scope adjustments to meet agreed timelines and phased delivery plans.
* Oversee project delivery across internal teams, third-party partners, suppliers, and clients-identifying and resolving delays and obstacles.
* Conduct detailed planning, estimate efforts, and provide clear status reporting both internally and to clients.
* Support and inspire your colleagues, fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven technical delivery experience managing complex projects.
* Full professional fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
* Comfort working within technology-focused environments and solving client business challenges.
* A results-oriented mindset: self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently to achieve objectives.
