Job Description:

* Job Title: Regulatory Coordinator
* Job Type: Permanent
* Location: Oldbury
* Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
* Salary: £29,000 pa
* Industry: Business Assurance
Overview of the role
* Working withing either the Food or Medical Device team providing administrative support for auditors and internal teams
* Working on highly critical documentation, ensuring all items are fully compliant
* Maintaining accurate records, systems, and documentation
* Liaising with customers, providing support and essential updates

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has previous experience in a coordination role, ideally within a highly regulated environment
You will also have the following experience:
* Proven experience working in an administrative environment
* High levels of proficiency using MS packages (specifically excel) and CRM's
* Experience of creating, maintaining and extracting data
* High levels of accuracy in regards to documentation creation
