We are currently looking for an organised and driven Assistant Manager for our Women's RTW Department within New Bond Street boutique. The successful candidate will support the Department Manager in the efficient running of the department, ensuring sales targets and operational targets are met; all clients receive the highest level of service and the team are supervised and motivated.
This is a 1-year fixed-term full-time role which requires flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, 40 hours per week.
Previous experience at Assistant Manager level within luxury fashion. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Proven ability to lead an experienced and capable team. An existing client book (preferred). A passion for Christian Dior and our collections. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends. Fluency in a second language (preferred)
