Buy Sell buyer (BSB) for PS Support
Description -
Job Summary:
* The BSB Buyer ensures efficient execution of Buy-Sell procurement operations, managing suppliers, purchase flows, and cost optimization while supporting business continuity and compliance. The role contributes to process improvement and transformation initiatives across the BSB ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
* Execute end-to-end Buy-Sell procurement (PR/PO lifecycle, changes, cancellations, invoice alignment).
* Manage daily supplier interactions (OEMs/OSSPs), ensuring delivery, pricing accuracy, and service levels.
* Collaborate with business, logistics, finance, and tax teams to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance.
* Support vendor onboarding and contract execution for low-to-medium complexity suppliers.
* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes and tools.
* Ensure adherence to controls (audit, compliance, business continuity).
The job functions require:
* High operational complexity: Managing multi-region Buy-Sell flows across suppliers, systems, and regulations.
* Supplier variability: Handling performance gaps, pricing inconsistencies, and escalation-heavy environments.
* Process fragmentation: Multiple tools and ongoing transformation (e.g., e2open exit, S2P changes).
* Compliance pressure: Strong focus on audit readiness, controls, and tax/customs accuracy.
* Capacity & scalability: Balancing high transaction volumes with limited resources and increasing automation.
* Ensure consistent, error-free execution of Buy-Sell processes (OTIF, pricing accuracy).
* Drive cost optimization: Improve total cost of ownership through supplier engagement and process efficiency.
* Increase automation: Shift from manual execution to system-driven workflows and AI-supported processes.
* Strengthen supplier performance: Improve collaboration, communication, and accountability across OEMs/OSSPs.
* Enable transformation: Actively support S2P and BSP tool evolution and standardization initiatives.
* Enhance compliance & governance: Ensure strong audit posture and adherence to policies.
Education & Experience Recommended:
* Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar)
* 2-4 years experience in procurement / supply chain / operations
* Fluency in English language (both written and verbal)
