Job description:
We are looking for Cyber Security Operations Analysts / SOC Analysts to join the dentsu Global Security team in the Czech Republic. In this role, you will help protect the organisation by monitoring and responding to security alerts, investigating potential threats, and supporting day-to-day security operations.
You will work in a shift-based environment and collaborate with colleagues to ensure incidents are handled quickly, accurately, and in line with defined processes. Please note that in the Czech Republic, you will be employed via Merkle, part of dentsu.

What we are looking for:
* 1-3 years' of experience in Security Operations or similar service delivery role
* Advanced English language skills
* Monitor security alerts and act in a timely manner to escalate incidents quickly and accurately when required
* Investigate alerts, anomalies, errors, intrusions, and malware for evidence of compromise
* Perform risk and vulnerability assessments to strengthen the wider security posture
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security tools and attacker TTPs
* Take ownership of cyber security call queues and ensure tickets are managed and closed according to defined SLAs
* Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and management tasks across security operations
* Help ensure effective handling of SIEM, ticket management, security queues, platform management, and vulnerability management activities
* Produce clear security documentation and technical review reports where required
* Work effectively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities under pressure
* Familiarity with automation and AI to develop and enhance security operations processes
