* Consult and Discover: Engage directly with our international clients and internal stakeholders to uncover their true business needs, pain points, and strategic goals. We're talking about understanding the "why," not just the "what."
* Generate Deep Insights: Move beyond basic data requests. You'll design and execute sophisticated analyses, applying advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful, often hidden, insights from complex datasets. You'll also continuously explore and introduce emerging technologies and methodologies to keep us at the cutting edge.
* Champion AI Innovation: Help us to bring our portfolio the next level by exploring, experimenting and implementing AI methodologies to solve real-world problems and create predictive, prescriptive, and cognitive capabilities.
* Build Robust Data Foundations: Work hands-on with large volumes of data in relational databases, creating custom analyses, optimizing SQL queries, and designing/implementing automated data flows (ETL/ELT) and extensive data migrations to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Your profile - solid and ready for the future
* A strong foundation in Business Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
* A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role is required.
* Proficiency in working with data visualization tools preferably Power BI.
* Proficiency in working with relational databases, including MySQL, is a mandatory requirement. Familiarity with Snowflake is an asset.
* Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with data processing tools like Airflow, dbt and SSIS is considered an asset.
* Knowledge of Python programming is a definite advantage.
* Great communication and consulting skills are required.
* Fluent proficiency in the English language is a necessary skill to complete your profile.
