The Opportunity

Join a dynamic team driving Czech migration projects from planning through execution, delivering proactive merchant-facing support, quickly resolving issues with cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring high-quality, well-documented processes; you'll monitor progress, escalate blockers, contribute to continuous improvements, capture valuable lessons, and support diverse PreSales activities - all while advancing your career in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

* Support internal Czech migration projects from planning to execution

* Provide proactive merchant-facing support during migration; resolve issues quickly

* Diagnose and resolve migration issues; communicate with cross-functional teams

* Monitor progress with colleagues; escalate blockers as needed

* Maintain migration documentation, status reports, and risk logs

* Ensure adherence to processes and quality standards

* Contribute to process improvements; capture lessons learned

* Assist with other PreSales activities

Who Are We Looking For

* Willing to learn and collaborate in PreSales or migration support; no prior professional experience required.

* Under supervision, participate in end-to-end internal migration projects (planning to execution).

* Desire to provide proactive merchant-facing support and quickly resolve issues.

* Interest in developing problem-solving skills and coordinating with different teams.

* Willing to monitor project progress and learn to escalate blockers as needed.

* Interest in documenting migrations, creating status reports, and maintaining simple risk logs.

* Eagerness to follow processes and quality standards and learn how to apply them during migrations.

* Willingness to contribute to process improvements and capture lessons learned.

* Strong willingness to learn, collaborative mindset, and adaptability.

* Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

* Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and resilience under changing requirements.

* Ability to follow processes, contribute to improvements, and work under supervision with guidance.

* English at a basic level (reading/writing) to understand and communicate effectively.
