QA Engineer

Team RDM (Reference Data Management) is looking for a driven QA Engineer in Czechia to support us with test automation, the implementation of various testing methodologies, and continuous improvements across the department.

Your impact at NN
Having correct and up to date reference data is a key component of the reporting needs and obligations at NN. Your task will be to contribute in the testing cycles across all initiatives included in the RDM roadmaps. You will strengthen the testing framework internally while coordinating with different teams to ensure alignment.

Your responsibilities
* Design and execute tests to mitigate risk.
* Collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve defects.
* Automate testing processes and maintain test documentation.
* Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial transactions.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your skills and experience
* Solid QA experience; reference data management is a plus
* ​Expert in C# (.NET 8.0)
* ​Skilled with Reqnroll (Cucumber-style BDD for .NET)
* ​Advanced in Selenium WebDriver
* ​Strong in Gherkin feature files and complex Step Definitions
* ​Excellent .NET debugging (Visual Studio)
* ​Deep knowledge of POM in Selenium (BasePage/PageContainer)
* ​Experience with Allure Report for test visualization
* ​Familiar with Dependency Injection (Reqnroll.BoDi, Hooks.cs)
* ​Proficient with CsvHelper, ClosedXML (Excel), and Newtonsoft.Json
* ​Experience with Azure Key Vault, Storage Blobs, and Azure Identity.
* ​Familiar with MSTest (MSTest.TestAdapter, Reqnroll.MsTest)
* ​Able to maintain/refactor frameworks for stability and performance
* ​API testing/automation skills (HttpClient, Postman)
* ​Experience in Microsoft Azure Data Platform and Azure DevOps.
* ​Comfortable in Agile teams; strong English communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

How we hire

Usually, the selection process consists of two rounds. The first one takes place with the team lead and recruiter, where we discuss details about the position, the team, and your experience. If it goes well, there will be a second round with NL stakeholders, and this round is more technical. If everyone is satisfied at the end and it all fits, that's it - you can expect an offer! :)
