Job Description
Would you like to help shape how training is coordinated and delivered across Maintenance?
As a Functional Area Master Trainer, you will play a central role in connecting local training needs with global standards, supporting operational readiness, and driving a consistent and high-quality training setup across sites.
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will coordinate and continuously improve training activities within the Maintenance functional area, ensuring high-quality training support, strong cross-site collaboration, and alignment with operational priorities.
Moreover, you will
* Coordinate activities of Global Job Trainers and Technical Writers within the functional area.
* Ensure high-quality training materials and documentation aligned with local needs and global standards.
* Partner with Area Managers, Shift and Group Leaders to support implementation of new technologies, capacity expansions, and other operational training needs.
* Drive collaboration across sites to align, improve, and standardize training materials and methods together with international colleagues.
* Plan and coordinate training activities across locations, including training plans and practical arrangements for trainers and trainees.
* Identify training needs, follow up on training effectiveness, and implement improvements to strengthen training quality and efficiency.
* Coach and support Global Job Trainers, Technical Writers, and other roles to build consistency in training delivery and application of standards across shifts and sites.
This position is placed in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.
Play your part in our team succeeding
Based in Kladno, the Packing Training organization plays an important role in supporting operational readiness and training quality within the Packing area. The team is responsible for local training coordination and development at site level, while also contributing to global training initiatives, standards, and collaboration across the LEGO Group's Packing network.
Do You Have What It Takes?
* Proven coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
* Strong command of Czech and English (written and spoken)
* Experience from a manufacturing or production environment
* Training experience
Additional Requirements
* Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office, Outlook); experience with Power BI is an advantage
* Interest in digitalization and innovation in training and learning methods
* Openness to exploring and applying digital tools, including AI solutions, to improve training effectiveness, documentation, and knowledge sharing
