Junior Program Manager

Job Summary:
As Junior Program Manager, you will support the hiring, coordination, and execution of the growth of OCI teams in CZ. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, meet deadlines, and contribute to the successful delivery of business initiatives. It's a time-limited, 6-month contract with an immediate start.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Project Management, or a related field - or equivalent work experience.
* Some experience in project or program management, or relevant internships.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* Fluent English
* Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.

* Covering onboarding agenda, and general support of new hires
