About the Role:

We are looking for a colleague to join our marketing team with enthusiasm for the brands entrusted to us and the ability to create and build relationships not only externally but also internally - across departments. We are looking for someone who will support the team and at the same time be able to work independently and in a structured way. Someone who will take on more executive work if necessary and who will have the desire to learn new things and develop their potential. We will be happy to support you in this.

Main Responsibilities:

* Overall responsibility for the entrusted portfolio (Nutella & Tic Tac)
* Preparation and implementation of a marketing plan according to trends and based on consumer behavior surveys; its regular update
* Coordination of new product launches with other departments (sales, logistics) * Preparation of tailor-made activities for selected key customers
* Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns
* Brand development
* Brand activation (adaptation of TV campaigns, social media, POS materials, pricing and channel strategies), coordination of activities with other departments (sales, business development, finance)
* Controlling - monitoring compliance with the marketing budget, evaluating the effectiveness of promotional activities

About You:

* University degree and experience in marketing in the FMCG segment (2-3 years)
* Advanced knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of Czech
* Ability and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks
* Very good communication and presentation skills
* Good analytical skills, very good work with numbers and data (Excel)
* Proactive and goal-oriented approach
* Team approach
