As an Insights & Trade Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for identifying and unlocking distribution opportunities across all sales channels, with a strong focus on Off Premise. You will drive both horizontal (reach) and vertical (TDP) distribution growth by transforming data into actionable insights. Working closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance, you will support sustainable business growth through smart, data-driven distribution strategies.RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Horizontal & Vertical Distribution Growth
Identify opportunities to expand distribution reach by increasing the number of active outlets and improving TDP through optimized assortment, availability, visibility, and share of shelf. Support commercial teams with channel-specific targets and action plans and proactively search for new distribution opportunities through third-party partners such as wholesalers and distributors while building strong, long-term relationships.

Development of Partner Programs & Initiatives
Create and roll out tailored commercial programs for on-trade and off-trade partners that support distribution objectives and customer engagement. Contribute to the development and optimization of tools, dashboards, and processes that improve distribution visibility, tracking, and performance management.

Data Analysis & Market Intelligence
Analyze sales data, market share, distribution KPIs, customer feedback, and field insights to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas. Provide strategic input on assortment planning, pricing, route-to-market opportunities, and investment prioritization based on robust insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales (On & Off Premise), Trade Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of distribution strategy with broader commercial objectives. Act as a subject matter expert for distribution insights within the organization.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales analysis, or a similar commercial role
*
Experience in FMCG or retail environments with a solid understanding of distribution models and sales channels
*
Experience designing and executing commercial programs for on-trade and off-trade partners
*
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
*
Experience working with sales data, forecasting trends, and performance tracking
*
Strong communication and presentation skills
*
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
*
Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
*
Experience working with third-party distributors or wholesalers is an advantage
*
Fluent English, written and spoken
*
Travel 20-30%
