Role Overview
Ensure all digital assets meet quality, functional, and compliance standards before release. This includes a strong emphasis on validating functionality, layout, and user interactions across a diverse range of digital content.

Key Responsibilities
As a Digital QA Specialist, you will:

* Confidently review digital assets, identifying visual, functional, or content issues across various platforms.
* Validate functionality, layout, and user interactions across all digital assets.
* Check consistency with predefined formats, structures, and guidelines to maintain brand integrity.
* Ensure proper naming conventions and content structuring for efficient asset management.
* Prepare files for delivery and manage the full QA process from initial checks to platform submission.
* Support live digital campaigns, ensuring all assets are technically perfect, on brand, and on time.
* Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
* Collaborate closely with post-production, localization, and creative teams.
* Support testing and validation processes prior to deployment of digital content.
* Contribute to improving how we document and flag issues, and suggest ways to streamline workflows.
* Troubleshoot urgent issues and work with producers to ensure smooth localized digital rollouts for major campaigns.

* Has proven experience in digital QA or production QA

* Is proficient in English
* Has strong technical curiosity - you enjoy learning new systems and tools for digital content
* Genuinely enjoys digital media, web, or content production

* Has the ability to follow structured processes

Nice to Have
* Experience in regulated environments, especially with pharmaceutical clients
* Familiarity with CRM or digital asset workflows
