Job Description
Location: Bucharest Intelligence Hub | Hybrid Work Model (3days/week from the office)

What You'll Do
* Engage & Listen: Understand consumer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
* Resolve Issues: Manage complaints efficiently, collaborating with team leaders for timely solutions.
* Document & Improve: Keep accurate records and suggest process improvements to enhance the consumer journey.
* Follow Through: Ensure cases are resolved and consumers stay informed.
* Learn & Grow: Participate in training sessions and support onboarding of new team members.

Job Qualifications
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's graduate
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.
* Passion for consumer care and a genuine desire to help.
* Team-oriented mindset with self-motivation.
