Accounting and Data Specialist - fixed term period of 1,5 years

This is a contractor role with a fixed term period of 1,5 years.

Responsibilities:
Manage and process specific accounting and operational transactions, ensure support in statutory reporting, maintain Master Data.

Accounting:
* Provide support on Statutory Financial Reporting
* Prepare specific MJEs
* Maintain Fixed Assets register (statutory and corporate), prepare NOEM & Capitalization forms, write offs and invoices
* Provide reports and analysis based on auditor request or any other audit missions
* Ensure technical support on T&E + preparation of induction training
* Purchase orders review (finance review and approval)
* Electronic invoice support (ensure invoices transfer, review errors, PO & EPAY match)

Operational:
* Participate on annual inventory
* Maintain electronic and physical archive
* PO creation, EPAYs, CBP

Master Data Management:
Manage:
* Price Book
* Customer Master Data
* Cost Centers
* Projects (WBS creation and annual WBS logic)
