We are seeking a talented individual to join our Next Generation Darwin Delivery team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB), a Mercer business. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Associate Configuration Support Specialist (ACSs) will be part of the Next Generation Darwin Delivery team responsible for implementing and configuring Darwin solutions for clients. This team plays a critical role in helping clients realize value from their investment in our innovative benefits platform. The role involves configuring platform functionalities, performing unit testing, and supporting senior specialists.

We will count on you to:
* Configure simple Darwin functionalities such as benefits, communications, and site content independently.
* Perform medium complexity configuration tasks with guidance from senior team members.
* Conduct unit testing using test case templates to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Manage assigned work package flow and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders.
* Support ad-hoc project activities as required.
* Participate actively in training and personal development initiatives.

* Basic understanding of benefits concepts and how they are configured in Darwin.
* Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
