Job Description:
As a Market Activation Manager, you'll be the driving force behind amazing customer activations in Romania! You'll bring our annual activation plan to life, while aligning with cluster and regional goals to make a real impact. 🌟

🎯 What You'll Do

* Own customer relationships based on our Strategic Customer Matrix (SCM). This means really understanding your customers and working closely with the Sales team (KAM & Channel Head). 🤝
* Collaborate across teams - from Market Sales, Cluster teams (MS&D, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance), to Regional Marketing (ETMs). Teamwork makes the dream work! 💼✨
* Manage the Consumer Promotions budget smartly to make sure activations and customer projects run smoothly and efficiently. 💰📊

🔍 What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or something similar. 🎓
* 2-3 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing.
* Skilled at managing and delivering complex projects. 📅✅
* Comfortable working with different teams and senior leaders - you know how to navigate stakeholders!
* Results-driven and detail-oriented - you get things done and pay attention to the little things. 🎯🔍

📋 Your Key Responsibilities

* Roll out and execute the national activation plan with energy and focus. 🚀
* Bring consumer engagement activities to life in the market and customize toolkits for local needs. 🛠️
* Translate and localize marketing materials so they fit perfectly with the local market. 🌍
* Manage approval requests (PAR) and key project milestones (EBA stage gates) on time and within process. ⏰✔️
* Create, run, and review tailored activation plans for strategic customers, following guidelines. 📈
* Keep a close eye on budgets - make sure spending matches the plan and flag any risks early. 💡
* Work hand-in-hand with Sales & Field teams to present activities and share materials. 🤝
* Coordinate local production of point-of-sale (POS) or display materials from the menu card. 🛒
