Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Agile Transformation: Accompanying the agile transformation at Infineon in Austria from a communication perspective
* Content Creation & Campaign Management: Supporting our Agile Excellence Team in internal communication and social media topics, e.g., by defining and publishing targeted campaigns and creating posts
* Strategic Communication Planning: Contributing to the creation and development of our communication strategy and social media concepts, e.g., through research and evaluation of existing and new channel functions
* Marketing & Internal Engagement: Marketing and internal communication of our agile initiatives

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Currently studying economics, media and communication sciences, humanities, industrial engineering, or a similar field
* Work Style & Collaboration: Organized and good communicator, you excel at big-picture thinking and strategic planning; Are motivated to work in an international team; are open and proactive, able to work independently
* Experience & Technical Skills: Ideally, experience in (social media) marketing and/or PR, experience with social media management tools or platforms, as well as KPIs for social media and online communications
* Creative & Strategic Mindset: Have a good eye for visuals and find it easy to create graphics and videos; Knowledge in agile methods and an interest in agile business transformations would be ideal
* Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory); Knowledge of German would be a nice-to-havePlease send us your CV in English.
