The Receptionist is responsible for the administrative support as the first point of contact for of all GSC employees and external parties.

What We Offer

Reception Management
* Maintains reception activities and provides administrative support to all employees
* Greets and welcomes visitors professionally, both in person and by telephone
* Directs visitors using up-to-date employee and department directories
* Maintains security protocols including visitor registration and badge issuance
* Ensures the reception area remains professional, organized, and welcoming

Administrative Support
* Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
* Manages office supplies inventory, including ordering, stocking, and record-keeping
* Creates and maintains professional documentation, reports, statistics
* Helps with organization and coordination of meetings and caterings
* Provides daily administrative support

Facility Support
* Assists with facility management to maintain optimal workplace conditions
* Ensures compliance with safety procedures, rules, and regulations
* Supports general office operations

The offered hourly salary on this position is 6 EUR.
