A store's success starts with our people
As a Commercial Manager, you are responsible for translating commercial insights into an engaging and results-driven store environment. You combine strong analytical skills with a keen eye for fashion and presentation to ensure that both the customer experience and commercial performance are continuously optimized.
You use sales data, commercial reports, and market trends to identify opportunities and determine the right course of action. Based on these insights, you drive product placement, store layout, and visual presentation. From promoting new collections to highlighting key items, you ensure that the right products are visible to customers at the right time.
Working closely with Floor Managers, the Store Manager, and the commercial team, you develop daily, weekly, and seasonal action plans. You are responsible for all visual and commercial elements within the store-from fixtures, tables, and wall displays to mannequins, presentations, and the overall store layout-ensuring consistency, quality, and a strong brand image throughout.
You also play a key role in developing people. You coach and support Visual Merchandisers in their growth, identify talent within the team, and foster an environment where development, collaboration, and ownership are encouraged. You take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn challenges into practical solutions that contribute to the store's success.
You stay connected to the market by keeping up to date with fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity, translating these insights into relevant commercial initiatives. At the same time, you actively contribute to an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued, respect is at the core of everything we do, and everyone has the opportunity to succeed. What You Bring
This role is ideal for someone who thinks commercially, takes ownership, and thrives on combining creativity, analysis, and leadership. You have experience in Visual Merchandising or a relevant fashion-related qualification and a strong understanding of commercial dynamics, market trends, and customer behavior.
You are highly analytical, comfortable working with data, and able to turn insights into effective actions. At the same time, you possess strong visual awareness and a creative mindset that enables you to create inspiring store environments. You are organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
