Experience Designer

Descrizione del lavoro:

We're looking for a digital experience designer (UX, UI or UX/UI) to join our team in sunny Barcelona. You'll work across a variety of projects-from websites to mobile apps-crafting thoughtful, user-centered designs.
We're after someone with a solid eye for detail, good taste, and a few years of experience under their belt. You should be confident designing in Figma, presenting ideas clearly, and taking full ownership of your work. Autonomy is key-we trust you to drive your things forward.
You should have:
- Around 1-4 years of relevant experience
- A strong portfolio of web/product work
- Solid communication skills in English, Catalan and Spanish (all three is a plus)
- Based in Barcelona (or ability to commute once or twice a week)
- A curious, collaborative mindset
We'd love if you check one of these boxes:
- Passion for UX: research, customer journeys, testing and making magic with wireframes
- Visual thinker with an eye to create beautiful, polished, pixel perfect digital interfaces
- Prototype wizard-whether in Figma or HTML/CSS
