Our Team

The Promotional Products, Apparel, and Gifts (PPAG) team is a global group of strategists and creators dedicated to helping small businesses make a lasting impression. We focus on curiosity and data to expand our product offerings, ensuring our customers have access to high-quality, customizable goods that tell their unique stories.

What You Will Do

* Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy to increase revenue, reach new customers, and expand market share within North American and European markets.

* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve product group performance.

* Gather deep insights into customer needs and industry trends to refine our product value proposition and maintain a competitive edge.

* Curate a relevant assortment of customizable products by identifying emerging trends in promotional items and apparel.

* Manage the full product lifecycle, from introducing new items to optimizing costs and overseeing product discontinuations.

* Collaborate with Sourcing, Manufacturing, and UX teams to deliver a seamless and high-value experience for our global customer base.

* Partner with Marketing and Pricing teams to ensure product positioning aligns with broader business goals and customer expectations.

Your Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

* Professional experience in category or product management, specifically delivering growth within a commercial environment.

* Demonstrated ability to use data and analytical tools to inform business decisions and strategy.

* Clear communication skills with a history of building alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams.

* Experience managing complex projects from initial concept through to market delivery.

Nice to Have

* Previous experience within the promotional products, custom apparel, or gifting industries.

* Familiarity with fast-paced e-commerce platforms and digital merchandising tools.

* Experience working within a global, remote-first organizational structure.
