This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in our office in Barcelona and 2 days working from home.

At Sage, we work with dynamic, medium and large enterprises delivering cutting-edge financial management solutions. We're looking for a Finance Functional Consultant to join our Sage XRT team, helping clients successfully implement enterprise-wide treasury and finance software solutions.

This is a highly customer-interactive role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining finance expertise with technology consulting in a fast-moving environment.

As a Finance Functional Consultant, you will be part of the Sage XRT implementation team, delivering enterprise finance and treasury solutions to medium and large organisations.

You will work closely with clients, project managers, consultants and IT specialists to design and implement solutions that help customers get the most value from their financial systems.

You'll typically contribute to 1-5 concurrent projects, ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within scope and within budget, while creating delighted and referenceable customers.

* Start interacting directly with customers
* Support clients with initial functional requirements, with guidance from your buddy
 
What You'll Be Doing:

Client Project Delivery
* Contribute to the successful implementation of 1-5 enterprise Sage software projects
* Work closely with customer project teams under the direction of Sage consultants and project managers
* Configure, test and deliver Sage XRT solutions
* Ensure implementations follow best practices and project processes

Solution Expertise
* Build deep expertise in Sage XRT treasury solutions
* Develop broader understanding of related areas such as finance and treasury operations
* Understand Sage deployment options: SaaS, On-Premise, Private Cloud and Public Cloud
Project Collaboration
* Participate in design sessions, workshops and project meetings
* Provide proactive updates to project managers
* Create and maintain implementation documentation

Customer Success
* Share best practices with clients to ensure optimal use of the software
* Manage client and partner expectations throughout the project lifecycle
* Build strong, trusted relationships with customers

Consulting & Presales Support
* Contribute to feasibility assessments and project estimates
* Help ensure the use of core functionality wherever possible
* Challenge unnecessary customisation to maintain scalable solutions
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field

Experience in Finance or Treasury

Experience with financial or treasury software

Spanish fluent level

Nice to Have

Knowledge of databases (training can be provided)
