Your Role
At Hyatt Inclusive Collection, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our corporate Finance - Hotel Administration team in Palma de Mallorca.Reporting to the Hotels Administration Director, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance and operational excellence across our portfolio.
Your Responsabilities
-Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, procedures and guidelines
-Manage and oversee monthly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data
-Prepare and review hotel financial reports, including GOP and P&L analysis
-Provide financial support to Hotel Management, auditors and internal departments
-Monitor bank reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, accruals and intercompany transactions
-Oversee invoice accounting processes and approval workflows within the ERP system
-Manage fixed assets, inventories, forecasts and payroll accounting processes in coordination with HR
-Support tax processes and statutory reporting (SII, AEAT, INE)
-Coordinate and resolve discrepancies between PMS, ERP and financial platforms

Requisiti del candidato:

* 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting or financial analysis
* Previous experience in hospitality, services or multi-entity environments is a strong plus
* Solid knowledge of financial closing, reconciliations and reporting
* Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus)
* Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Proactive, well-organized and effective communication skills
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar
* Advanced level of English (mandatory)
