Our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) practice designs, builds, and validates the platforms that run regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing - connecting the shop floor to the enterprise while meeting the highest standards of quality and data integrity. As our MES for Life Sciences work continues to grow, we are looking for detail-driven professionals to join our validation team and help bring compliant manufacturing systems to life. Our Focus Areas MES Implementation - End-to-end rollout of FactoryTalk PharmaSuite and the Rockwell automation stack across pharmaceutical sites. Computer System Validation - Risk-based CSV and CSA delivery that keeps GxP systems compliant and audit-ready. Data Integrity - Embedding ALCOA+ principles and 21 CFR Part 11 / EU GMP Annex 11 controls into every system we deliver. Systems Integration - Connecting MES to ERP, historians, and process control via industry standards. Your role As an MES Validation in Accenture Industry X, you will: Author and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for FactoryTalk PharmaSuite configurations. Maintain traceability between user, functional, and design requirements and test evidence. Apply GAMP 5 and risk-based validation approaches to define and document validation scope. Collaborate with configuration and quality teams to investigate, remediate, and document deviations. Support data integrity controls aligned to ALCOA+ across the system lifecycle. What Skills Are We Looking For? Basic Qualifications ✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. ✔ Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus). ✔ Previous experience in computer system validation, quality, or MES delivery in a regulated environment (hiring at multiple levels). Technical Skills While you don't need all of them, experience across several areas will be highly valued: Validation & Compliance: CSV/CSA or ALCOA+ data integrity. MES Platforms: Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite (or comparable regulated MES such as PAS-X, Opcenter). Testing & Lifecycle: IQ/OQ/PQ authoring and execution, requirements traceability, deviation management. Tools: SQL querying, Application Lifecycle Management / test management tooling. Life Sciences Manufacturing: understanding of GxP/GMP production processes. Soft & Strategic Skills Attention to Detail: Maintain documentation rigor and evidence quality under audit scrutiny. Problem-Solving: Investigate deviations and propose practical, compliant remediations. Communication & Collaboration: Work effectively with configuration, quality, and client teams. Agility: Adapt across fast-moving project phases from configuration through hypercare.
