Position Overview

Software Engineer (Full Stack)
Details of the role and how it fits into the team
The candidate will design and develop application code, implements technical solutions, and configures applications in response to business needs. To meet the requirements of the business, the candidate will actively participate in the technical design and architecture of the application or its components, proposes appropriate solution to use and promotes re-usability of existing components. Working in a collaborative environment.
The candidate should have deep knowledge of systems and applications under him/her control, manage the changes and collaborate in the technical analysis, implementation and testing of approved projects. Candidate will also participate in the application maintenance tasks.
The candidates will work on applications based on midrange technology (JAVA/ Angular).

Your key responsibilities
· Technical design, programming and testing
· New projects, enhancements and maintenance of a specific for a set of applications
· IT Application Life Cycle standards are met in ongoing enhancements and maintenance
· Application changes are aligned with the application strategy and technology roadmap
· Identification and management of risk and issues associated with the application
· Maximum operational availability and stability
· Cost efficiency

Your skills and experiences
· English and Spanish advance required
· Knowledge and experience in systems and end-to-end processes.
· Experience in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript analysis and programming is a must
· Experience in JEE or other Java frameworks (Java, Spring Boot), Angular, React
· Knowledge of mark-up languages: XML, JSON/GraphQL
· Experience developing REST services
· Experience in application solutions from technological perspective. Ability to understand key aspects of technical platforms and infrastructure, generate ideas and create effective solutions
· Solid knowledge of software engineering, design patterns and software architecture
· Development background and demonstrated experience as analyst.
· Experience on analysis of existing systems from high level architecture to application code review
· Experience with technical documentation, architectural diagram, components, flows, use cases
· Demonstrable DevOps-oriented mind-set
· Experience with testing/QA tools
· Person with solid technical knowledge and able to understand complex business processes and workflows
· Teamwork capacity with multidisciplinary teams
· Leadership and communication skills
· Person with high commitment.
· Results-focused
· Ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts and plan tasks
· Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Knowledge of methodologies in applications development (e.g. Agile)
