About the Job

Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting division of Allianz Group founded in 2004 with locations around the globe. Our experienced teams support Allianz operating entities in key strategic projects. What you do

* Develop and design data, productivity and automation strategies for clients, using a wide range of tools including (Gen)AI and PowerApps.

* Work with business and technology teams to understand requirements, develop solutions, and deliver results.

* Participate in the development of new business opportunities.

* Develop and present professional consulting decks (storytelling slides, one-pagers, and illustrative visuals) for senior stakeholders.

What you bring

* Minimum of 1 year experience in technology or data analytics role, and 2-3 years' experience in strategy or management consulting.

* Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

* Experience in BI and data tools e.g. Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate; SQL or similar a plus.

* Experience in (Gen)AI tools a plus.

* Fluency in English and Spanish, with other European languages as a plus.

* Degree in technology preferred, with a focus on analytics, engineering, business informatics or data / computer science. A complementing business degree is a plus.

* Awareness of cloud environments (AWS, Azure exposure a plus).

* Strong PowerPoint storytelling skills, including consulting-style decks and illustrative designs.
