Merchant Care - Enablement Specialist
📍 Location: Barcelona (On-site)

As an Enablement Specialist, you will design, deliver and maintain enablement programs for Customer Support teams, focusing on one core domain (e.g. Hardware or Software).
You will collaborate closely with Tech Experts and frontline stakeholders to ensure enablement initiatives are practical, scalable, and embedded into daily operations.
💡 What you'll do
* Design and deliver role-based enablement programs aligned with operational and business needs.
* Create, update, and maintain modular training and knowledge content in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
* Identify knowledge gaps using performance data, feedback, and operational insights.
* Embed enablement initiatives into daily workflows to support agent performance and consistency.
* Measure training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement of enablement practices.
