Your Role
The Insight Lead plays a critical role in positioning Insights as a strategic partner to the affiliate. This role leads and develops a team of Insights Experts, while also holding end-to-end insight responsibility for a defined disease area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, independent analysis that enables informed decision-making and supports excellence in commercialization.
The Insight Lead motivates, coaches, and develops the team to consistently deliver impactful insights. Leadership, capability development, and prioritisation are central to this role. The position works closely with Data Analytics, the IPS Leadership Team, and Global teams to prioritise work, align across Squads, and leverage enterprise capabilities, supporting excellence in translating strategy into execution and reinforcing Roche's High Performing Organization (HPO) positioning.
The Insight Lead reports directly to the Head of Commercialization Excellence (ComEX) and has performance management responsibility for 4-5 Insights Experts and one Trainee.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Position Insights as a strategic partner, delivering high-impact analysis to enable informed decision-making and commercial excellence
* Lead and develop a high-performing insights team, strengthening capabilities and prioritisation
* Own end-to-end insight delivery for a defined disease area
* Partner with Data Analytics, IPS Leadership, and Global teams to translate strategy into execution
Who You Are
* Demonstrated experience in insights; data analytics expertise is an advantage
* Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
* Proven leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and team development
* Strong change management skills, with the ability to lead teams through transformation and evolving ways of working
* Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across functions
* Pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
* Fluency in Spanish and English
