What will you do?

* Asegurar el correcto cálculo y gestión de las nóminas y Seguridad Social del Equipo Directivo en los hoteles.
* Realización y supervisión del proceso de contratación del Equipo Directivo, así como de la correcta afiliación a la seguridad social y cotizaciones.
* Responsabilizarse de la correcta aplicación de la legislación laboral del colectivo directivo.
* Elaboración de la información para la correcta definición de KPIs para la gestión eficiente del departamento.
* Tramitación de los partes de accidente de trabajo con o sin baja laboral a través del programa Delt@.
* Gestión de las maternidades, inspecciones de trabajo y absentismos en general.
* Relación y redacción de documentos con la Administración, los organismos laborales y los acuerdos con los trabajadores.
* Gestión integral del procedimiento administrativo de movilidad internacional del Equipo Directivo.

What are we looking for?

* Grado en Relaciones Laborales.
* Experiencia en torno a 6-8 años en las funciones descritas, habiendo desempeñado labores polivalentes y generalistas dentro del área de personal y payroll.
* Dominio del idioma inglés oral y escrito.
* Se valorará experiencia en el sector hotelero.
* Dominio de las herramientas: Contrat@, Winsuite y Delt@.
* Nivel de Excel avanzado.
