Electrical Site Manager

We are looking for a professional with strong construction coordination and site management skills to support stakeholder engagement and oversee on-site project execution. The role involves liaising with project stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and clients, while managing and coordinating the construction plan on site, including the allocation and supervision of internal technical resources across the various project scopes.
The primary responsibility is to coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities leading up to operational readiness, from material reception on site through to final project handover for commercial operation.
The role will be carried out with the support of the Project Manager (PM) and Technical Manager (TM).
Availability to travel and remain on assignment for extended periods is required.

Required Experience

Ideally, the candidate will have a technical background with previous experience and/or knowledge of cloud infrastructure projects, including the different workstreams involved in delivering such solutions, such as:
* Cooling and HVAC systems
* Power supply and electrical infrastructure
* Racks and equipment installation
* Structured cabling
* Space and capacity management
* Data center infrastructure and related systems

* Leadership and communication skills: Clear and effective communication is critical, as the role requires constant interaction with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
* Planning and prioritization: Ability to assess site conditions and project progress to determine whether customer-imposed deadlines are achievable and to propose alternative solutions when necessary.
* Decision-making: Capability to make informed decisions, aligned with the PM and TM, supported by data, technical expertise, and practical experience.
* Adaptability: Ability to manage change and handle critical situations calmly and effectively.
* Proactivity and accountability: Confident, self-driven, and highly responsible approach to project delivery.
* Results orientation and reliability: Strong commitment to meeting objectives and delivering high-quality outcomes.
* Continuous learning mindset: Eagerness to develop skills, improve processes, and grow professionally.
* English proficiency (minimum B2): Strong technical communication skills, both written and spoken.
