Overview of the role
As Product Marketing Manager for Sage XRT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, executing and continuously improving the Go-To-Market strategy for a key product within Sage SSG. Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, Sage XRT, you will be accountable for enabling the commercial success of Sage XRT across multiple markets, with a primary focus on Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and Southern Europe, as well as other geographies and channels where the product is deployed.

You will act as the voice of the market and the customer, bringing together deep buyer insight, competitive intelligence and strong cross-functional collaboration to drive performance, adoption and growth.

You will join the Product Marketing team within SSG, working closely with Product Management, Product Operations, Sales, Marketing, Enablement and regional leadership. The team's mission is to translate product value into clear, compelling positioning and execution that accelerates customer success and business outcomes. Collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement sit at the heart of how the team works.

Office location
Barcelona, Spain
Hybrid Working, 3 days per week in our Barcelona office and 2 days from home.
What we are looking for?
You are a commercially minded product marketing professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of product, sales and marketing, and who thrives in a fast-moving, international environment.

What you'll be doing:
* Be the expert on our buyers, their needs, buying criteria and decision-making processes, as well as market trends and the competitive landscape.
* Define and evolve the Sage XRT value proposition for Iberia and Southern Europe, grounded in treasury domain expertise.
* Co-develop product positioning and messaging with Product Management and Product Operations to strengthen differentiation across the mid-market.
* Design and execute Go-To-Market programmes in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Enablement and global product teams.
* Lead new product launches, including messaging, value narratives, marketing plans, communication and enablement.
* Define, maintain and activate pricing to support competitiveness and growth.
* Drive customer migrations to the latest product versions.
* Create and localise marketing and sales assets to improve conversion and win rates.
* Act as a product spokesperson at key internal, partner and market events.
* Monitor performance metrics such as ARR, adoption and migration, and recommend actions to achieve FY26 targets.
* Ensure alignment and consistency of Go-To-Market initiatives and best practices across Iberia and Southern Europe.

Experience you'll bring:
* Experience in product marketing, Go-To-Market or a closely related role, ideally within B2B software or fintech.
* Strong understanding of market segmentation, positioning, messaging and launches.
* Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value.
* Proven experience working cross-functionally in an international environment.
* Strong communication skills in English, Spanish and French.
