Job purpose
Act as the ambassador of Hublot in store and out-store, online and offline, working towards the success of the business through sales, events, and CRM activities
Description of tasks
*Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets by offering an impeccable customer service, demonstrating empathy and in-depth product knowledge, as well as a genuine passion for human relationships
*Handle after-sales services enquiries to ensure a quick and qualitative treatment of request to generate client satisfaction
*Perform required operational tasks to maintain the boutique environment including outside windows
*Be a proactive user of CRM and clientelling practices and techniques
*Perform opening and closing duties, inventory management as well as reporting tasks
Perfil
* Experience in the retail environment (luxury good and/or hospitality) and in dealing with clients
* Passion for the brand and watches in general
* Spanish, English
* Very good knowledge of MS Office automation tools
* Very good communication skills
* Very good sense of service
* Flexibility and team spirit
* Organization skills
* Interpersonal skills
