You have a strong passion for fashion, visual merchandising, and styling. You combine creativity with commercial awareness and have a natural eye for detail. You are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards. You enjoy collaborating with different teams, sharing your expertise, and inspiring others through your work.
You also bring:
* Previous experience in fashion retail, visual merchandising, styling, or window dressing.
* A strong understanding of fashion trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
* Creative thinking and the ability to translate brand guidelines into inspiring visual presentations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
* A fashion or textile qualification is a plus but not essential.

DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY - What you will do every day
As an Image Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong visual identity throughout the store while supporting commercial performance. From seasonal window displays to mannequin styling and team development, your work will directly influence the customer experience and brand perception.
Your key responsibilities include:
Visual Merchandising and Brand Image
* Implement brand communication tools to deliver a strong visual image and styling standards across all departments.
* Plan, install, and maintain seasonal window displays in line with brand guidelines and specifications.
* Create impactful mannequin presentations that balance brand image with commercial objectives.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights and creative ideas with management and headquarters.
* Collaborate closely with store teams and managers to ensure timely and effective execution of visual projects.
* Demonstrate strong fashion awareness and continuously contribute innovative styling concepts.
Training and Development
* Support the training and development of colleagues following the Image Specialist career path.
* Collaborate with and support other stores when business needs require flexibility and adaptability.
Customer Experience
* Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.
* Support customer service by sharing product knowledge, highlighting new arrivals, best sellers, and current fashion trends, and offering styling alternatives when needed.
Operational Excellence and Sustainability
* Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within window display storage areas and throughout the store.
* Ensure compliance with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Act as an ambassador for the company's sustainability initiatives, promoting innovative and efficient ways of working while supporting environmental goals.
