Oysho is an international sports and leisurewear brand focused on innovation, quality, and sustainability. It offers a wide range of technical collections designed to deliver maximum performance and comfort for sports and active lifestyles.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic colleague to join our store in Prague - Chodov as a 3rd Store Manager. In this role, you will support the store leadership team, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the Store Manager and Deputy Manager in the daily operation of the store.
- Lead, motivate, and train the team by setting a positive example.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and visual merchandising.
- Monitor store performance and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Oversee stock replenishment and store organization.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Good communication skills in Czech/Slovak and English.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset and team-player attitude.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Interest in fashion and retail.

Upon achieving the annual targets set for the year, employees will receive a bonus of 17 300 CZK.
