? Location:
Barcelona Full-time onsite for the first 6 months, luego será modelo híbrido (2 semanas en oficina y 2 semanas en casa cada mes)
Candidates must reside in Barcelona. Applications from other locations will not be considered.
? Schedule:
39 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Rotating shifts: Lunes a Viernes. 39h BCN
08:00 a 16:00 , 09:00 a 17:00 , 10:00 a 18:00
? Contract Type:
Initial 4-month temporary contract via ADECCO) + transition to permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide customer support for the French market.
-Handle inquiries, complaints, and service-related requests for HONDA clients.
-Log and follow up on cases using internal tools and systems.
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
-Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requisitos
Buscamos personas con nivel nativo o equivalente de francés (Francia) y un buen conocimiento del uso coloquial y expresiones locales para garantizar una comunicación natural con los clientes. y con un español fluido. (Buen nivel de Inglés también es requerido, ya que la formación y entrevistas serán en este idioma, así como el idioma vehicular de la empresa)

Required Language Skills:

French C1 (mandatory) / Experiencia en haber trabajado con clientes de Francia
Español C1 (mandatory)
High level of English (training and interviews in English)

- Previous experience with customer service, offering technical support with knowledge of following standards and procedures.
- Advanced user of MS Office
- Able to handle stressful situations.
- Teamwork spirit. Organized. Curious and hunger to learn more.

A valid DNI or NIE
Spanish Social Security Number
Spanish bank account

¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Monday to Friday. 39 hours week / Rotating schedule/ 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 10:00 to 18:00
- ETT - 4-Month Contrato a través de ADECOO with Potential for Permanent Position
- Approximate Gross Annual Salary:
Entre 22.658,30 EUR y 23.038,22 EUR (excluding teleworking allowance)
