Principal Accountabilities
* Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems and equipment up to 480V and 4160V, including VFDs
* Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and reliable operation
* Collaborate with operators, engineers, and contractors to resolve system issues and support project installations
* Maintain accurate logs of repairs, calibrations, and performance issues
* Ensure compliance with the National Electric Code and Cargill safety standards

Required Qualifications
* Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship
* Must be 18 years or older
* Must be able to read/write English
* High school diploma or equivalent, with basic computer and math skills
* Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces or extreme temperatures
* Experience with electrical maintenance, including reading blueprints and schematics
* Willingness to work overtime, holidays, nights, weekends, and different shifts

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience wiring and programming Allen Bradley PLCs
* Familiarity with electrical test equipment for diagnostics and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of the National Electric Code and industrial electrical standards
* State of Nebraska Apprentice, Journeyman, or higher electrical license (or equivalent)
* Associate degree in electromechanical or electrical systems, or equivalent training
