As a CIP Engineer in our plant in Greer, South Carolina in the USA. Your main tasks will be to: To be responsible for managing, updating, and improving the current plant routings and tracking of operators' efficiencies related to the budget targets established. To be involved in the participation of productivity KAIZEN-workshops and activities related to lean manufacturing, as well as HOSHIN-workshops. To analyze and record time studies on work content: waste reduction, tasks to improve operators' efficiency, reduce paid hours. To prioritize safety and quality aspects in productivity improvements? To manage the maintenance of documentation for each aspect of work Management of workshops: creating, improving, and/or implementing material line feeding solutions

Requisiti del candidato:

You are a highly motivated young graduate from an Engineering School or University with a strong interest for a production and CI. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country). You are a team player, open-minded and have good organizational and time management skills. You are familiar with the MIFD Methodology and standardization. Your are curious and always on the look-out for improving industrial and manufacturing processes. A first experience or internship in the automotive sector or in project management can be a plus. Your English is fluent, and another language is a plus
