Job Summary:Centerpoint Medical Center is launching a new ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency program in the Kansas City Metro.

Qualified Candidates:
* Significant protected administrative time with shared institutional accountability for early accreditation milestones
* Strong partnership with executive leadership and support from an established GME office
* Clear alignment between clinical leadership and educational priorities
* Leadership scope and compensation aligned with senior academic and institutional responsibility Founding Emergency Medicine Program Director - 40%
* Full founding authority over program design, curriculum philosophy, trainee experience, and program culture, including meaningful decision-making input into early core faculty selection. Assistant Designated Institutional Official (ADIO) - 40%
* Enterprise-level oversight of local GME programs, ACGME compliance, and institutional reviews, serving as a key delegate to the DIO
* Includes active participation in the GMEC and input into broader workforce and physician development strategy
* Works in direct partnership with the Designated Institutional Official and executive leadership Clinical Emergency Medicine - 20%
* Sustains clinical credibility without distracting from leadership priorities
