As a Home Health Sales Executive, you will:
* Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities' management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home healthcare services.
* Build and maintain client relationships.
* Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
* Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing.
* Report to a Market Executive of Sales.

Use your skills to make an impact

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy.) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
* Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills and the ability to appropriately represent the CenterWell's service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience is required.
* Previous home healthcare sales experience preferred or experience selling in physician offices, hospitals and SNF's, OR previous experience as a clinical liaison.
* Travel within your assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$64,600 - $86,400 per year

This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.

Referral Bonus Information
Associates may receive a bonus for the referral of external candidates to this requisition, provided that all other eligibility requirements are met.
